In her personal life: Following two unrelated and significant medical events, Rhonda shifted her focus to concentrating on those who professionally care for others by equipping them with skills to enable them to continue with the work they do and lessening their possibility of emotional exhaustion.
When not working with clients or developing programs, Rhonda spends her time going for long walks along the river near where she lives, especially early in the morning when she likes to have quiet time, practicing gratitude and emotionally preparing for the day and placing an emphasis on spending time in nature before she spends time in her office.
At other times, Rhonda develops online programs and enjoys being creative with her paints hoping that one day she will be able to produce a piece of work that she can be proud of!
Giving back: Rhonda contributes part of her income to providing scholarships and several times each year, provides training to those in countries that may not normally have access to that support. The emphasis is equipping others with skills that they can then take back to their communities and train others.
