Coaching will help you identify your strengths, your values and your idea for a great life. In the coaching sessions, you will discover your limiting beliefs and will come out of the sessions with an action plan for moving beyond barriers.

Coaching sessions are professional, confidential and assist you to explore direction and discover what is of value to you. A supportive environment is provided where you articulate your goals and be realistic about your current situation as you get clarity about opportunities that are available to you.

What are the Coaches qualifications?

An effective Coach is accredited by the International Coaching Federation and regardless of industry, a coach's goal is to help clients develop, grow, thrive and become more efficient and effective with life challenges and experience more satisfaction in life. Coaches at Carer Care have qualifications accredited by the International Coaching Federation and have undertaken extensive training and examination to meet the strict requirements of the International Coaching Federation ensuring you receive professional and supportive care during your sessions.

When can I access appointments?

Appointments do need to be booked with sessions available via ZOOM or telephone. Coaching sessions can be purchased in 'packages' of 4, 6 or 11 sessions and can be undertaken weekly or fortnightly. Some prefer to spread their sessions throughout the year and purchase the 11 session package and have one month 'off'.

What is the PR6?

To assist you understand your strengths, a PR6 Profile may be undertaken at the first session.  This provides a platform to understand what your existing strengths are and what areas we can focus on to assist you define direction and reach your goals.

In the coaching sessions... 

  • Explore your strengths and values
  • Compete the PR6
  • Clarify your passions and interests, then we will work together to identify how they can be aligned in your day to day
  • Uncover limiting beliefs and the ways you self sabatoge
  • Gather insights and how you have been 'stuck' and how to move beyond those obstacles
  • Create specific and mensurable goals
  • Develop a action plan (Wellness Plan) to create and implement immediate change.

Option One

With Option One, four sessions are booked and the fee is payable at the time of appointment confirmation. A thirty minute telephone/ZOOM call is held one week prior to your first session and this is a FREE session.

With Option Two,  six sessions are booked and the fee is payable at the time of appointment confirmation. A thirty minute telephone/ZOOM call is held one week prior to your first session and this is a FREE session.

Option Three

With Option Three, you are making the commitment to significant change and committing to one  coaching session each month for eleven months with email support in between sessions.
